Dwayne Allen Out For Season With Hip Injury

(Indianapolis, IN) - The Indianapolis Colts have lost another starter to injury, as tight end Dwayne Allen will miss the rest of the season.

Colts coach Chuck Pagano announced Wednesday that a hip injury will sideline Allen.

Allen caught a touchdown pass in the season-opener against Oakland, but missed last Sunday's loss to the Miami Dolphins.

The Colts already have lost starting running back Vick Ballard and starting left guard Donald Thomas to season-ending injuries.
