(Milwaukee, WI) Three errors doomed the St. Louis Cardinals in a 6-4 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers Sunday.
Despite the loss, the Cardinals still clinched a playoff spot.
Cardinals starter Joe Kelly took the loss, after allowing six runs in seven innings, but only three were earned due to the errors. Kelly's record fell to 9-5.
Wily Peralta earned the win for Milwaukee, raising his record to 11-15.
Jim Henderson allowed a run in the 9th, but nailed down his 26th save.
The Cardinals now lead the N.L. Central division by 2 games over Pittsburgh and Cincinnati.
