(Chicago, IL) - The Kansas City Royals got seven strong innings from Jeremy Guthrie on the way to a 3-2 win over the Chicago White Sox on Thursday night.
Guthrie allowed only 4 hits and 2 earned runs en route to his 15th win of the season.
David Lough hit a two-run homer in support of Guthrie, his 5th of the season.
André Rienzo took the loss for the White Sox who have lost 21 of their last 27 games.
