(Cleveland, OH) - The red-hot Cleveland Indians know they are in the playoffs, they just don’t know who they will play in the Wild Card game.
The Indians played their way into the playoffs with their 10th straight win, topping the Minnesota Twins 5-1 Sunday.
Ubaldo Jiménez continued his scorching second half, scattering 5 hits and tying a career high by striking out 13.
Nick Swisher's 2-run homer was all Jimenez needed. Cleveland earned its first postseason berth since 2007.
The Indians became the first major league team to win its final 10 regular-season games since the 1971 Baltimore Orioles finished with 11 straight victories.
The Indians will host the winner of Monday's game between Texas and Tampa Bay in the A.L. Wild Card game on Wednesday.
