(Chicago, IL) - The Chicago White Sox offense in Sunday’s season finale mirrored most of the regular season in a 4-1 loss to the Kansas City Royals.
Lefty José Quintana took the loss after allowing a pair of 2-run homers. Quintana finished with a 9-7 record.
Bruce Chen was the winning pitcher for Kansas City, helped by Greg Holland's 47th save.
The White Sox finished with their most losses since they had a franchise-record 106 in 1970.
