(Newark, NJ) - Media Day is over and now the Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks can focus on Super Bowl 48 Sunday at Met Life Stadium.
Both teams will hit the practice field today with the Broncos working out at the New York Jets' facility in Florham Park and the Seahawks utilizing the New York Giants' headquarters just outside Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford.
Denver is in the Super Bowl for the seventh time, the first since current team president John Elway's final game as a player, Super Bowl 33 in 1999.
This will be Seattle's second appearance in the big game, their first coming eight years ago in Super Bowl 40. The Broncos roster is notable for the presence of former Indianapolis Colts star Peyton Manning at quarterback.
Denver also has two other former Colts in tight end Jacob Tamme and offensive lineman Winston Justice.
Broncos safety David Bruton is from Notre Dame while defensive end Shaun Phillips played collegiality at Purdue.
The Hoosier state is represented on the Seahawks roster by former Notre Dame receiver Golden Tate and former Boilermaker defensive end Cliff Avril.
