(Newark, NJ) - The festivities surrounding Super Bowl 48 continue today with the annual Media Day, which will take place at the Prudential Center in Newark.
The Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks will meet with the media today before accelerating their preparations for Sunday's Super Bowl with practice on Wednesday.
Both teams held workouts yesterday with the Broncos practicing at the New York Jets' headquarters in Florham Park, New Jersey and the Seahawks using the New York Giants' facility in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Peyton Manning has become the face of the Broncos franchise after two seasons in Denver. He will be playing in his third Super Bowl - the first two coming as a member of the Indianapolis Colts.
He led the Colts to a 29-17 victory over the Chicago Bears in Super Bowl 41 and was at the helm when the Colts lost to the New Orleans Saints 31-17 in Super Bowl 44.
The game will be held at Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford, the first time the Super Bowl will played outdoors in a cold-weather city.
