(Terre Haute, IN) - Wichita State survived a scare at the Hulman Center as the second-ranked Shockers pulled off a 65-58 win over Indiana State.
Cleanthony Early led the unbeaten Shockers with 19 points with Tekele Cotton finishing with 14 points as Wichita State moves to 24-0, 11-0 in the Missouri Valley.
Manny Arop led the Sycamores with 16 points with Jake Odum and Khristian Smith adding eleven points apiece as I-S-U loses for the first time at home this season.
Indiana State falls to 17-6 overall, 8-3 in M-V-C play.
The Sycamores host Drake on Sunday.
