(Orlando, FL) - NFL owners voted Tuesday to change the instant replay process.
The new rule now says that referees can consult with the officiating department in New York during replay reviews.
There will also be a rule for touchdown celebrations as you can now be penalized for dunking the football through the goalpost.
The rest of the rules and bylaws proposals are expected to be voted on during Wednesday's session
