(St. Louis, MO) - The Evansville Purple Aces advanced to the second round on the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament by defeating Drake 69-61.
D.J Valentine led the way for Evansville with 30 points.
The will battle it out on the hardwood against the Wichita State Shockers on Friday.
