(INDIANAPOLIS) - With the NFL Draft being held two weeks later than normal, teams are getting anxious to begin picking players.
Colts General Manager Ryan Grigson says this draft is deep, which he says means there will be many effective players that won't be drafted, and he says the team will focus on many of those players.
The team has only 5 picks, and no pick in round 1.
Grigson says he's keeping his options open and if there is a player they're pining for available in round 1, they will look to move up, but he says the team will need a willing partner.
Grigson says the team's phone lines will be open and they will make the moves they feel are necessary to improve the team.
The draft will begin at 8pm Thursday, May 8th.
