(Indianapolis, IN) - The Colts knew they would have their hands full with the Philadelphia Eagles’ high powered offense but no one could expect what happened Monday night.
In front of a national audience the Colts contained the Eagles' All-Pro running back LeSean McCoy but it was McCoy's backup, Darren Sproles who was a one man wrecking crew and led the Eagles to a 30-27 come from behind victory.
Sproles torched the Colts' defense for 184 total yards (152 receiving, 26 rushing, 6 in punt returns) and a touchdown.
The Colts blew a 14 point lead and had costly turnovers by Andrew Luck and Trent Richardson.
The Colts drop to 0-2 on the season and face a must win against division rival Jacksonville next week.
