(ONTARIO COUNTY, NEW YORK) - A grand jury will decide if charges will be filed against Nascar driver Tony Stewart.
Stewart hit and killed 20-year old Kevin Ward Jr. on a dirt track at Canadaigua Motorsports Park on August 9th. Ward had climbed from his car and walked onto the track to confront Stewart before he was hit by Stewart's car.
Ontario County Prosecutor Michael Tantillo says he will present the case to a grand jury "in the near future."
