(Indianapolis, IN) - Pacers forward David West got the results of his MRI for the ankle injury he sustained over the weekend and the results revealed no major damage but what he called a “pretty good sprain”.
West sat out of the team's Monday practice and wore a walking boot and used a cane to get around. West has been ruled out of the Pacers' final two preseason games and hope to be ready for the regular season home opener on October 29th. The team will also be without guard Rodney Stuckey for the remainder of the preseason as he's suffering from a foot injury.
And less than three months after suffering a compound fracture in his right leg Paul George was shooting jump shots after the yesterday's team practice. George is still expected to miss the entire upcoming regular season.
