Lance Louis is expected to fill in for Mewhort on the left side of the offensive line and Joe Reitz will take over Thornton's spot at right guard.
The 3 and 2 Colts are coming off of at 20-13 win against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. Houston is also 3 and 2 after a narrow 20-17 loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.
