(Indianapolis, IN) - According to multiple reports, the Colts have inked Candian Football League star wide receiver Duron Carter, the son of hall of famer Cris Carter to a contract.
The 6'5" wideout hauled in 75 catches for 1,030 yard and seven touchdowns for the Montreal Aloutettes last season.
With veterans like Reggie Wayne and Hakeem Nicks slated to become free agents, Carter could be competing for a starting job in training camp.
The Colts hold on to Rob Chudzinski for at least one more year as he is extended through the upcoming 2015 season. Chudzinski's was a hot name to become an offensive coordinator at multiple teams but the Colts denied permission for teams to interview him. He will now be the associate head coach for the team.
