(Chicago, IL) - Indiana got hot at the right time as they won their opening round match-up of the Big Ten Tournament against Northwestern 71-56.
The Hoosiers rolled to an easy victory thanks in part to a big first half. James Blackmon Jr. put Indiana on his back with a game high 25 points while Yogi Ferrell notched 17 of his own.
The victory puts Indiana back on the court tonight against #8 Maryland at 6:30pm.
