(Indianapolis, IN) - New Colts wide receiver Andre Johnson said he didn’t sign with Indy to push his weight around, rather he wants to help the continued development of T.Y. Hilton.
Johnson told the team's website "I'm not here to be the big dog, I'm just here to help the organization win a Super Bowl. That's my goal."
Meanwhile, the Colts continue to look to add to their roster as they kicked the tires on free agent linebacker Nate Irving on Monday. Irving played for Denver before a season-ending knee injury put an end to his year. Irving would ideally add depth a position already manned by D'Qwell Jackson and Jerrell Freeman.
The Colts did not offer Irving a contract as of yet.
