(Indianapolis, IN) - The Indy Eleven soccer stadium bill is dead as the bill to renovate IUPUI’s Carroll Stadium didn’t make it through a conference committee on the last day of the legislative session.
The bill would have used tax money captured from the stadium and a hotel being developed to fund $20 million dollars for renovating the stadium.
This is the second time the team has failed to get a stadium from the legislature.
