(Indianapolis, IN) - With the Colts beginning voluntary off-season workouts this week one notable player has yet to arrive as linebacker Jerrell Freeman is a no show thus far.
Freeman is a restricted free agent but hasn't signed the offer he was tendered, meaning he may be hoping for a new deal. Indianapolis' tendered offer would pay the linebacker a little over $2.3 million dollars for one season.
Freeman led the Colts in tackles in 2012 and 2013.
