(Indianapolis, IN) - The Pacers had their first day of training camp on Tuesday and Frank Vogel talked about the transition to a faster pace of play.
"It's a big change. Even when we play with two bigs out there, we'll look different. We've been a power-post offense that used to be structured around getting to the post and we're getting away from that. There are some pretty big changes with it."
Vogel admitted that everyone is learning the new offense.
"It affects everyone. Veteran guys can help the rookies catch on a little more maybe but it's new to them too. It's new to me. I may see something one day and then tinker with it the next. It's all a work in progress at this point."
