(Indianapolis, IN) - With a matchup with the New Orleans Saints just days away, Andrew Luck talked about Drew Brees and how he has been a role model for younger quarterbacks.
"I've always admired Drew. He's a great guy, great quarterback. He's doesn't have your prototypical size or speed as a quarterback but is supremely accurate with the football, he has great feet and moves around in the pocket to extend plays and he's definitely a role model in the quarterback community."
Meanwhile, Brees returned the compliment calling Luck a "young stud" in the league who "has already accomplished a lot and has such a high ceiling."
The Colts are expecting a larger role for Robert Mathis on Sunday as defensive coordinator Greg Manusky said, "I think Robert's snaps will be up a little more this week. The more he can handle, the better for us."
The Colts have just eight sacks as a team this season.
