(Indianapolis, IN) - The Colts were without their starting quarterback but found a way to win as they survived in overtime against the Jacksonville Jaguars 16-13.
Luck was a late scratch due to his shoulder injury that had kept him limited in practice all week, leaving Matt Hasselbeck to make his first start since November 2012. The 40-year old showed he still had it, finishing 30-for-47 for 282 yards and a touchdown.
Coby Fleener was the veteran QB's top target, hauling in 9 receptions for 83 yards and a touchdown.
Adam Vinateri continued to prove he's one of the best kickers of all-time as he went a perfect 3-for-3 for field goals, drilling a 54-yarder and then in overtime delivering the game-winning 27-yarder.
The win was Indianapolis' 15th consecutive over a division opponent.
It wasn't all blue skies and sunshine as the Colts reached the red zone three times and settled for field goals. Blake Bortles chucked it 50 times and completed 28 passes for 298 yards and a touchdown with Allen Hurns racking up 11 catches for 116 yards and a touchdown.
The Colts have a very short turnaround as they face the Houston Texans (1-3) on Thursday Night Football. Multiple league sources say Andrew Luck is considered "50/50 at best" to play against Houston.
