(Fort Wayne, IN) - The Pacers closed out the preseason with a 98-86 victory over the Charlotte Hornets in Fort Wayne.
C.J. Miles led the game with 20 points while Chase Budinger knocked down 17 of his own.
The loss was Charlotte's lone blemish in the preseason as they finished 7-1 while the Pacers went 5-2.
After the game, Frank Vogel said, "We've got a lot of work to do but I like where we're at. I like the way we guarded tonight and the depth that we had and we're ready to get the regular season started."
The Pacers open the regular season next Wednesday in Toronto against the Raptors.
