(Indianapolis, IN) - Colts Head Coach Chuck Pagano announced on Monday that starting left tackle, Anthony Castonzo, sprained ligaments in his right knee during the final possession of Sunday’s win over the Atlanta Falcons.
Pagano believes it is an injury that could cause the left tackle to miss multiple games.
In a season already filled with numerous significant injuries, Pagano said this one is especially tough.
"You hate to lose anybody, especially your starting left tackle... They're not cancelling the game on Sunday. So, we'll find a way", said Pagano.
Castonzo is another name on the laundry list of injuries the Colts have dealt with this season including Greg Toler, Mike Adams, and Andrew Luck.
Without Castonzo this week, the Colts have yet to decide what their offensive line will look like against Tampa Bay, but it is likely that Joe Reitz will be moved from right tackle to left tackle in place of the injured Castonzo.
