(Pittsburgh, PA) - The Steel City has historically not been kind to the Colts and Sunday night was no different as the boys in blue were blown out by the Steelers 45-10.
Pittsburgh dominated in every phase as Ben Roethlisberger threw 4 touchdowns for 364 yards while Antonio Brown terrorized Indy's secondary, catching 8 balls for 118 yards and two scores. DeAngelo Williams rushed for 134 yards and the defense racked up 5 sacks, 2 interceptions and a forced fumble.
For the Colts, Matt Hasselbeck threw for 169 yards for a touchdown and 2 interceptions before exiting the game with a neck and shoulder injury. Charlie Whitehurst came on in relief, and Chuck Pagano said after the game that Hasselbeck was banged up but should be okay for the next game.
The Colts remain tied atop the AFC South with Houston at 6-6.
Ahead of Sunday's game, owner Jim Irsay said he anticipates Andrew Luck returning under center for the Colts by Week 15 against the Texans and no later than Week 16 against the Dolphins.
