(Indianapolis, IN) - It was a training camp-like atmosphere at the Colts practice facility on Wednesday with Josh Freeman, Ryan Lindley and Stephen Morris all donning red shirts and taking snaps under center.
Freeman and Lindley got the bulk of the workload with Freeman saying practice was a chance for both QB's to showcase their strengths.
"Obviously, they have scaled back the offense for us but it was a way to tell them what we excel at and the plays we are comfortable with. We're both told them offenses we used to work in, our likes and dislikes and hopefully we can go out and be productive on Sunday."
Andrew Luck was not medically cleared and is officially ruled out of Sunday's contest while Matt Hasselbeck didn't fully rule himself out saying he wasn't sure how much, if any practice he would get this week but he was going to "do his part" to try and play on Sunday.
The odds of the Colts making the postseason are definitely against them but Chuck Pagano was upbeat and welcomed the pressure.
"We're still standing. We're in a great spot. We really are. I wouldn't have it any other way. I love it."
Asked why needing nine games to go their way in order to make the postseason would be considered a great spot, Pagano retorted, "I'm worried about one. I'm worried about Tennessee. We need to do our part. We didn't do it last week, we've got to do it this week."
