(Jacksonville, FL) - It was a tale of two halves Sunday in Jacksonville, as the Jaguars embarrassed the Colts 51-16.
Jacksonville trailed the Colts at halftime 13-9 before outscoring Indianapolis 42-3 in the second half.
Blake Bortles threw for three touchdowns and ran for another one, passing for 350 yards.
The loss snapped Indianapolis' 16-game winning streak in the AFC South, a streak that dated back to 2012. It was also the Colts' second straight 35-point loss.
After the game T.Y. Hilton said the last two games have been humiliating.
"These last two losses have been embarrassing. I mean it's one thing to lose but we've been outplayed completely these last two. We have to stop settling for field goals and scoring touchdowns to give ourselves a chance."
Despite the loss, the Colts still control their own destiny in the AFC South as the Texans fell to the Patriots on Sunday night. Indianapolis hosts Houston next Sunday in what is sure to be a make-or-break game for both teams.
Matt Hasselbeck was unable to complete the game after suffering a rib injury and with Charlie Whitehurst ineffective in his place the urgency for Andrew Luck to return sooner than later had definitely ramped up by the completion of Sunday's contest.
After the game Chuck Pagano had no clearer idea of when No. 12 would be back under center.
"Honestly, I don't know. When I know, you guys will know right after that but right now I have no clue."
