(Indianapolis, IN) - A last second shot by Paul George just missed as the Pacers fell to the Sacramento Kings 108-106 to drop their third straight game.
DeMarcus Cousins had a monster 25 point 16 rebound double double for the Kings, who shot close to 52 percent from the field.
The Pacers rallied from a 15 point deficit to take the lead with a little over two minutes remaining but were unable to hang on.
After the game Frank Vogel said it was a good effort that wasn't good enough.
"We didn't get back in transition well enough and then they have Rajon Rondo and Rudy Gay coming at you and we weren't able to match them. It wasn't a good enough effort."
Monta Ellis led the Blue and Gold with 21 points while Paul George recorded 12 points and 10 rebounds.
The Pacers get to enjoy the holidays before they head to Minneapolis to take on the Timberwolves on Saturday.
