(West Lafayette, IN) - A.J. Hammons led No. 22 Purdue past the Ohio State Buckeyes with a 75-64 victory.
Hammons had 16 points and eight rebounds while Caleb Swanigan had a 10 point and 10 rebound double-double. P.J. Thompson came through in the clutch, scoring 10 of his 12 points in the final seven minutes of the contest.
For the Buckeyes, Jae'Sean Tate led all scorers with 17 points and pulled down ten rebounds.
It was the Boilermakers' third straight win and they face their tallest task in Big Ten conference play on Sunday when they visit No. 9 Iowa.
