(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - While in Florida for the NFL owners’ meetings Colts owner Jim Irsay met with the media and said his decision to bring back head coach Chuck Pagano and General Manager Ryan Grigson was a simple one.
"I wanted to keep continuity. It's really important that understand the legacy that was before them with Bill Polian, Tony Dungy, Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison; what that era was. That era is kind of echoing around them. They know what's expected around here. We feel we're a lot better around here going forward. I just want to see us going in the right direction. We know the expectations with Andrew Luck entering his fifth year is to win the division and make the playoffs."
