(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - As the Colts wrapped up mini-camp General Manager Ryan Grigson made a point to remind the team they haven’t reached their ultimate goal.
"We're far from accomplished, far from it. We've got a long way to go. There's a lot of unrealized growth and potential out there and it's going to be up to those players to reach their ceilings because we've given them all the resources. I think we've given them the coaches and the coordinators are in place to do that so it's going to be up to the players."
Meanwhile, Andrew Luck responded to owner Jim Irsay's hope of having a contract extension done by the start of training camp.
"I do anticipate it getting done. As far as the importance of getting it done, if it happens, great, if it doesn't happen that's great too. I know I'm a Colt and I'm going to do the best job I can for this team regardless of the situation. It doesn't weigh on me."
