(MINNEAPOLIS, MN) - The Indiana Fever didn’t stand a chance against the undefeated Minnesota Lynx, who improved to 11-0 after Tuesday’s 87-63 rout.
Maya Moore led the Lynx with 16 points and eight rebounds, who built an insurmountable 24-point lead by the end of the third quarter. Erlana Larkins led the Fever with 12 points and nine rebounds.
Indiana continued to struggle with shooting, hitting just 34 percent from the field and 15 percent from three-point range.
"We know we have to shoot the ball better," coach Stephanie White said. "If you want to win in this league, you can't put that much pressure on your defense--especially against a team like Minnesota."
The Fever have dropped three straight and visit San Antonio on Friday.
