(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Colts got some welcome news on Sunday after an MRI found that starting left guard Jack Mewhort did not tear an ACL in his right knee.
That was the fear when Mewhort left the Colts preseason loss to Philadelphia in the second quarter.
After initially fearing that Mewhort would be lost for the entire season, doctors now say he could be back in two to four weeks.
Since joining the team as part of the 2014 NFL draft, Mewhort has started 30 games.
