(Indianapolis, IN) - Day three of training camp is in the books for all of the Indiana Pacers except one: Myles Turner.
Turner missed his third consecutive day of camp on Thursday with a concussion. Head Coach Nate McMillan said the second-year-big-man is still day-to-day, but is doubtful to play in the preseason opener next week against Anthony Davis and the Pelicans in New Orleans.
The concussion was suffered earlier this month when Turner was elbowed in the head by teammate Alex Poythress while battling for a rebound in a 5-on-5 pickup game at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
Preseason play is set to begin next Tuesday at 8 p.m. in New Orleans.
