(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Colts good vibes didn’t last long as Andrew Luck has been placed in the league’s concussion protocol and his status for Thursday night’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers looks to be questionable at best at this point.
"Both and Clayton Geathers, after we were all done with media and all that said they didn't feel right so they met with our doctors and trainers and now they are both in the concussion protocol," Chuck Pagano said on Monday.
Should the Colts have to turn to Scott Tolzien, Pagano said they are in good hands.
"We've got a guy that comes to work and prepares every single day like he's a starter. He's prepared and knows the offense and if he has to, he'll go out and play winning football."
