(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Colts owner Jim Irsay spoke with USA Today and said he doesn’t plan on replacing Chuck Pagano or Ryan Grigson at the end of the season, but he also isn’t ruling it out.
"Honestly, at the end of every season, we sit down and review where we're at. I don't have any anticipation of change. There's no plan of that."
Irsay continued, "We're used to being in the playoffs. This is the first time in almost 20 years we wouldn't have made the playoffs in back-to-back years. That's extremely disappointing... But right now, I'm not anticipating making any changes. That can always change. But I'm just looking at seeing if we can win these next three games and get some luck from the football gods right now."
