(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - With D’Qwell Jackson’s suspension keeping him out of the final four games of the regular season the Colts added depth at linebacker and promoted Luke Rhodes from the practice squad.
Rhodes has been on the practice squad since October and spent time with the Buccaneers before being waived in September. Antonio Morrison and Josh McNary are expected to get the bulk of the workload in Jackson's absence.
Andrew Luck's big performance on Monday Night Football earned him the AFC Offensive Player of the Week award for Week 13.
Luck threw for four touchdowns and completed 22-of-28 passes for 278 yards in the Colts' 41-10 rout of the New York Jets. It's the fourth time Luck has won the award.
Meanwhile, offensive lineman Joe Reitz was named the teams' nominee for the 2017 Walter Payton Man of the Year Award.
