Pacers Beat Hornets, 100-94

Last updated on Tuesday, December 13, 2016

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Pacers got their record above .500 for the first time since winning the season opener as they topped the Charlotte Hornets 110-94.

Paul George and Myles Turner each scored 22 points to help snap Indiana's four-game losing streak to Charlotte. Jeff Teague had 16 points, 11 assists and five rebounds.

"We knew this team has kicked us in the past, four or five times," Turner said. "So we wanted to come out here and send a message."

The Blue & Gold shot over 47 percent from beyond the arc and hit 48 percent from the field.

The Pacers hit the road for the next three games starting on Wednesday against the Miami Heat, where they hope to get that elusive three-game winning streak. The Pacers will be without Monta Ellis during the road trip. Ellis missed Monday's game with a groin injury and will not travel with the team.
