(UNDATED) - Former Colts’ first-round pick Bjoern Werner has reportedly retired.
Speaking to a German television show the 24th overall pick of the 2013 draft said his knees are shot and that he hasn't received any interest from teams.
The 26-year old pass rusher played in 38 games over three seasons with Indianapolis, registering only 6.5 sacks and 80 tackles before being waived in 2015. He most recently spent part of this season's training camp with the Jacksonville Jaguars before being waived.
