(COLUMBUS, OH) - Caleb Swanigan nailed a free throw with five seconds left as No. 20 Purdue fended off an Ohio State comeback to win 76-75.
Swanigan and Vince Edwards led the Boilermakers with 16 points each with Swanigan adding 11 rebounds.
Purdue controlled the boards, out-rebounding the Buckeyes 44-32.
"To be able to get a true road win, it just builds your confidence," coach Matt Painter said. "Especially a game like this that could have went either way."
The Boilermakers improve to 13-3 on the season and now have a big Sunday afternoon showdown at Mackey Arena when they host the No. 13 Wisconsin Badgers.
