(LONDON) - Not exactly the international showcase the Pacers wanted as they were dominated by the Denver Nuggets 140-112 at London’s O2 Arena.
C.J. Miles led Indiana with 20 points but it wasn't enough to overcome a third quarter where Denver outscored the Blue & Gold 39-20, including a 26-6 run at one point.
"It's just one game for us," Nate McMillan said afterward. "We've been playing well and doing a lot of good things, but tonight, we weren't even close to the team we've been."
The loss snapped the Pacers' five-game winning streak.
Denver's Nikola Jokic just missed out on a triple-double with 22 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists.
The Pacers will begin their trek back to the States and next play Monday against the New Orleans Pelicans.
