(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Pacers’ held their own against the Cavaliers until a disastrous third quarter catapulted Cleveland to a 132-117 victory, snapping Indiana’s seven-game winning streak.
The Pacers led at halftime 63-57 but completely flat-lined in the third quarter, being outscored 40-18.
"At the start of the third quarter, you can't come out not focused and ready to go like we did," Nate McMillan said on the game's turning point.
Kyrie Irving and Kyle Korver each scored 29 points for the Cavs while LeBron James added 25. Korver came off the bench and was lights out from three-point range going 8-for-9 and 10-for-12 from the field.
For the Pacers, C.J. Miles led the team with 23 points while Paul George and Jeff Teague each had 22.
Indiana returns to the court on Friday when they visit a resurgent Washington Wizards squad.
