Last updated on Tuesday, February 28, 2017

(HOUSTON, TX) - Jeff Teague’s 25 points lifted the Pacers to a 117-108 victory over the Houston Rockets.

Indiana overcame and 11-point first quarter deficit and held off a late Houston rally to earn the victory.

"We did a great job of collecting our thoughts, we went to the bench, talked and we won every quarter after the first," Paul George said.

George finished with 15 points, seven rebounds and five assists while Rodney Stuckey added 16 points and six rebounds off the bench.

Houston was led by Lou Williams' 28 points off the bench and kept MVP-candidate James Harden relatively at bay with 25 points, 12 assists and seven rebounds.

"I think it was the best fourth quarter we've played all season," Nate McMillan said after the game. "We executed defensively by getting stops and offensively executing."

Indiana's five-game road trip rolls on to San Antonio on Wednesday.
