(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Colts General Manager Chris Ballard met with the media at the NFL Scouting Combine and touched on a number of topics including an update on Andrew Luck’s timeframe as he recovers from off-season shoulder surgery.
"I've met with Andrew and he has been working diligently at our facility on a daily basis. He's doing everything the doctor's tell him and we're going strictly off of doctor's orders. When he's ready to go, he's ready to go."
Ballard also commented on the David Parry arrest saying he met with Parry and said he was "disappointed" with the incident but said he and the team are still gathering information.
As for the draft and free agency said he and the rest of the front office will work cohesively with the coaching staff.
"You have to have honest conversations and be on the same page. We have to know what the coaching staff is looking for on both sides of the ball heading into the draft and it's our job to do our best to meet those needs. We won't always agree but I've never been in a room where everyone agreed and that's a good thing. That's why you want all those voices in the same room."
