(WEST LAFAYETTE) - Earlier this summer the Purdue football team had yet to land a single recruiting commitment while every other Power 5 conference school had landed at least one.
But over the past few weeks there been a firestorm of signing activity for the Boilermakers. This morning, the school announced the signing of two more players including Lawrence Central's Branson Deen. Deen is the third in-state commitment, joining Ben Davis defensive back Elijah Ball and Fort Wayne Snider defensive lineman Lawrence Johnson.
New head coach Jeff Brohm has now signed 21 players since June 5th.
