Colts Sign Marvin Bracy, Waive Harvey Binford

Last updated on Tuesday, August 8, 2017

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Colts signed free agent wide receiver Marvin Bracy on Monday.

Bracy is a former Olympic sprinter who participated with USA Track & Field the last five years and most recently was a tryout at the Carolina Panthers rookie minicamp. Bracy qualified for the 2016 Summer Olympics in the 100-meter dash.

To make room for Bracy the Colts waived receiver Harvey Binford with an injury designation.

Meanwhile, Andrew Luck has made appearances at the Colts' last two training camp practices but Chuck Pagano was quick to calm expectations.

"I wouldn't read too much into it if I were you," he told reporters. "He's an extra coach out there right now."

With their Week 1 matchup against the Rams just five weeks away the timetable for Luck remains cloudy at best.
