(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - It may be the fourth preseason game but the Colts will still play expected regular-season starting quarterback Scott Tolzien in Thursday’s finale against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Pagano announced that Tolzien will start in a game normally reserved to the young guys.
"We're still building," Tolzien said. "This is a very important week to just get better as we prepare for the regular season."
As far as depth at the position with Stephen Morris and Phillip Walker, Chuck Pagano doesn't see the team adding any additional depth.
"We're moving forward with who we have on this football team right now, and who's practicing."
The Colts will have until Saturday to activate Andrew Luck from the physically unable to perform list otherwise he will be shut down for at least the first six weeks of the season.
