(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - With Wednesday’s preseason opener against the Milwaukee Bucks right around the corner Nate McMillan rounded out the Pacers rotation.
McMillan said that his anticipated starting lineup will consist of Darren Collison, Victor Oladipo, Bojan Bogdanvic, Thaddeus Young and Myles Turner with Lance Stephenson coming off the bench in his sixth man role to lead the second unit. He added that he will likely go with a committee to fill-in for Glenn Robinson III with Damien Wilkins getting the first crack at it.
McMillan admitted he thinks the preseason schedule has been shortened too much and would prefer six games to the scheduled four but understands it is assembled that way to lighten the amount of back-to-backs in the regular season.
"That schedule was set like that for a reason, to work on some things, and if we do have some injuries it gives us some time to recover."
