(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Pacers were unable to feed off of Friday’s impressive win against Chicago as they were taken down by James Harden and the Houston Rockets 118-95.
Harden was one of three Rockets to score 20-plus points as he had a team-high 26 to go with a season-high 15 assists, five rebounds and two steals. Houston never trailed in the game and led by as much as 23 points.
"We got off to a bad start and it's hard to climb back," Myles Turner said after the game. "From the very first play they executed their stuff, got out and ran and our communication was really bad in transition."
Turner finished with just 13 points and 8 rebounds while Victor Oladipo scored a game-high 28 points. Indiana did themselves no favors at the free-throw line, hitting just 61.9 percent.
The Blue & Gold get back at it on Wednesday when they visit the Memphis Grizzlies.
